Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs all use of mmSMTP services. It exists to keep our network clean and our customers' email and sites deliverable and reachable. By using our services you agree to these terms.

Email and sending

• Send only to recipients who have opted in. Unsolicited bulk email (spam) is prohibited. Purchased, rented, scraped or harvested lists may not be used with our services.
• Every marketing message must include a clear, working unsubscribe mechanism and honour opt-outs promptly.
• You must not forge headers, disguise the origin of messages, or send on behalf of a domain you don't control.
• You are responsible for complying with anti-spam and privacy laws applicable to you and your recipients, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR and CASL.

Prohibited content and conduct

• No illegal content or activity, including fraud, phishing, malware, or intellectual-property infringement.
• No content that exploits or endangers minors.
• No attempts to breach, probe or disrupt the security of any network or system.
• No use of our services to attack, overload or interfere with others.

DDoS protection

Our DDoS-protected hosting is designed to keep legitimate sites online under attack. It is not a licence to host prohibited content; this policy applies to all hosting, protected or not.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate services that violate this policy. We aim to be fair and to contact you first where possible, but we will act immediately where necessary to protect our network and other customers.
