Everything you need to know before you order — how it works, who it's for, and what you actually get.
When your application or mail client hands a message to our relay on port 587 (or 465 for implicit TLS), the server authenticates you, signs the message with your domain's DKIM key, and delivers it to the recipient's mail server over an encrypted connection. Because the sending IP is dedicated to you and listed in your SPF record, receiving providers like Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo can verify the message really came from you — the single biggest factor in landing in the inbox rather than spam.
Every plan includes a clear daily sending limit so you can size correctly. Limits are enforced per 24-hour window; if you need to burst beyond them, move up a tier or add dedicated IPs rather than risking throttling at the receiving end.
Our relay is built for senders who need reliable, authenticated delivery: SaaS apps sending sign-ups and password resets, online stores sending receipts and shipping updates, agencies running newsletters for clients who opted in, and businesses that have outgrown the sending caps on shared hosting.
It is not for sending to purchased, rented or scraped lists. Beyond being prohibited by our acceptable use policy, unsolicited mail generates complaints and spam-trap hits that destroy a sending reputation in days. Permission-based sending to engaged recipients is how you keep inbox placement high for the long term — and we help you do exactly that.
After payment confirms, you receive your SMTP host, port, username and password by email along with a setup guide. Add the SPF include and DKIM record we provide to your domain's DNS, then plug the credentials into your app or client. For high-volume senders, start with a gradual ramp — see our warm-up guide — and watch your bounce and complaint rates in the first two weeks.
Need help choosing a plan? Start with the 7-day option to test deliverability on your real traffic, then move to a 30-day plan. Business and Enterprise add bounce/complaint reporting and managed warm-up for teams that send at scale.

An SMTP relay is only as good as the reputation behind it. Every mmSMTP plan ships on a clean, dedicated IP with full authentication in place, so mailbox providers trust your mail from the first send. Whether you're powering your app's transactional email or sending to an opted-in list, you get the throughput you need with the deliverability signals that keep you in the inbox.
Each plan lists its daily sending limit up front — no guesswork. Need more? Move up a tier or add dedicated IPs. Higher plans include reputation monitoring and managed IP warm-up.
