Our cloud backup stores encrypted copies of your sites, cPanel accounts, servers and files away from the machine that runs them, on a schedule you set, with versioned restore so you can roll back to a known-good point — before the bad plugin update, the accidental deletion or the ransomware.
At minimum: your website files and databases, your email, and any server configuration you'd hate to rebuild. On our cPanel hosting you can back up whole accounts directly; on a VPS or dedicated server, point your backup tool at the S3 endpoint. Keep at least two generations and test a restore once — a backup you've never restored is a hope, not a plan.
