Money-back guarantee

If a service isn't working as described and we can't put it right, you may request a refund within the guarantee window shown for your plan (typically within 24 hours of purchase for email and server services). Contact support and we'll make it right.

Free replacement

For email and server services, if an issue arises we'll first offer a free replacement to get you working again quickly. Many issues are resolved this way in minutes.

What's not covered

• Domain registrations and renewals are generally non-refundable once registered, as the registry fee is charged immediately.
• Services suspended or terminated for violating our Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for refunds.
• Requests outside the guarantee window may be offered a replacement or credit at our discretion.

Crypto refunds

Approved refunds are returned in the same cryptocurrency, to an address you provide, at the value of the original payment. Contact support with your order details to start a request.
